Grooved piping systems
Couplings and fittings for grooved-end pipe, made from ductile iron and listed by UL for fire protection service. The range covers the joints, the fittings and the transition pieces needed to build a complete line without welding.

Grooved rigid & flexible couplings, 90° and 45° elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, mechanical tee with threaded outlet, concentric and eccentric reducers, flange adaptor, grooved flange, caps and blind plates.

Malleable iron threaded fittings
The product our region of Shanxi is known for. Cast in black-heart malleable iron, machined and pressure-tested, then finished black or galvanised. FM Approved and UL Listed for fire protection, with a lined version for drinking water.

Elbows 90°/45°, tees, crosses, sockets, reducing sockets, nipples, unions, caps, plugs, bushings, side-outlet tees and reducing elbows.

Threads can be cut BSP, NPT or BSPT. Galvanised stock is available on most sizes; lined fittings are quoted separately.
Valves & strainers
Valve bodies cast in our own foundry and machined in-house, assembled and tested before shipment. Supplied under our own brand or as OEM bodies for valve makers.

Resilient-seated gate valves, OS&Y gate valves, butterfly valves, swing check valves, Y-strainers, and bodies for pressure-reducing and control valves (200X / 300X / 400X / 500X / 600X / 700X patterns).

OEM iron castings
Customer drawings, our tooling. We cast, machine, finish and inspect components for equipment makers in solar trackers, commercial vehicles, hydraulics, agricultural and construction machinery — and handle the export packing.

Solar tracker mounts and housings, brake shoes and backplates, air-chamber and spring brackets, steering knuckles, bearing covers, hydraulic pump casings and multi-way valve bodies, planet carriers, transmission and gear-reducer housings, forklift and municipal castings.

Quotation is against your drawing and annual volume, with tooling priced separately. Samples are charged at piece price plus tooling.
